Interactive story flow chart

This is a simple story that happens in ones life, the route you choose would lead you to a happy, sad or neutral endings. Therefore the choices you make should be wise, the right thing to do doesnt mean you would have a happy ending. Make working as your first priority is a good thing, but giving too much attention to work and neglecting your family would bring chaos. Your wife and children, knowing that they are being sacrificed to suit you dont feel that they are treated fairly, therefore you would most probably be living your life alone. And even if you made all the right choices in life but your children dont, by not doing anything wrong, you would also get a sad ending, because your child might be a big loser in life, if he does nothing to help himself.

Explanation of the formulas using Chivalry is Not dead as an example

For most of the games, developers would make use of these four important steps, which are exposition, conflict, climax and resolution to make players want to continue playing the game. As humans have this urge of challenging themselves, after they are done with level one, they would look forward to what’s coming up next (level 2 and so on). That’s why these four steps are very important in making good games. We would use a very simple game like Chivalry is Not dead.

Exposition - In Chivalry is Not dead, you would be playing a guy wearing a tight black suit with a paper beg on his head. And the case here is that you have sworn loyalty to the evil lord horrible who wants to rule the world and now he wants you to assassinate the Queen of Everything.

Conflict - Before reaching the climax, there are this things you would have to go through, for an example those low hp monster that comes in herds and their bosses, those are part of the conflicts in the game. In Chivalry is Not dead, we would have to talk to a few characters and every choice of your answers would lead to different things, the first conflict in this game is a Buffed-Up yet fearless guard who is guarding the door preventing you from reaching the queen, but would always end up dead. You would have to kill him no matter what if you want to continue the game. Next you would meet up with a guy called Leslie whom pictures you as disgusting but ends being persuaded by the queen to join the team and following you around like a puppy. After that, we would have to get the sword of all good, and the problem is that its overpriced and impossible for you to buy it, therefore we would need to find out the way how to obtain it. Then after that we arrive at the climax. (All this would only happen if you haven’t kill the queen)

Climax - The climax is usually the final battle and hardest mission to complete. This is the part where you, the queen and Leslie meet Lord Horrible to sort things out. The ending would depend on the choices you make. You can kill Lord Horrible and let the queen return to her rightful place as ruler of the world or you could remain loyal to Lord Horrible and kill the queen. Other options are you kill everyone and rule the world or let Leslie rule it by giving him the sword and ending up killing the queen and Lord Horrible.

Resolution - There are all sorts of ending. Good, bad, happy, sad and so on. For an example, after you completed a war game, there will be a short clip on how you celebrate your success and bring peace to your country. This is the resolution of the story. In the game Chivalry is Not dead, the resolution is the part where the ruler stands where you first approach the queen and says a bunch of words. The person there could be anyone. Killing everyone will make you the ruler, killing the queen would make Lord horrible take over the world, helping her makes her remain as ruler and if Lord Horrible and Queen of Everything is killed in the process, that would make Leslie rule the world.

Eliza is hot and intelligent!

Artificial Intelligence Website

Examples of artificial intelligence are sites like ELIZA,IGOD and ALICE. But dont take this artificial intelligence sites seriously, because i have put myself in the position of a suicidal person. I told it that i was going to kill myself and needed help. Guess what, if i was really going to kill myself, i would have really done it. First of all, it didnt give any answers to my problem and secondly, it told me to kill myself, it even said Bye an gave me an AHA. This programs might really help, if you're in a world that only only you exist, which there is no one to talk to. It might be useful for others, but for me, i dont find anything interesting except that it sometimes give really annoying answers that makes you laugh a little. Credits to the creators.

(ASSIGNMENT 1) Impact and benefits Social Network Sites brings us

I define social network sites as a place online where individuals create their own profiles that connects them with either friends or freinds of friends. It's sort of building a personal network that connects people together. Social network sites alike most of the things isn't perfect, it too has its advantages and disadvantages.

We as users can get many things out of SNS, we are able to gain knowledge from many aspects as well as keeping track on whats going on around us. Through video sharing, for example in Facebook, many documentaries are posted by your freinds, they share whatever they think are interesting and share it with others. Me for an example, had learned quite a number of things through this, they have removed news clips that aren't shown in news and updates that had just arrived, for example, we get to know things that happened which hasn't been shown in the news yet. We also share interesting and funny videos through SNS, it sometimes is really important, like to brighten up someones day, release daily stress and also to calm someones mind down. For the safety of the users, SNS also has their own way of enabling users to set their profiles private, which means their profile are only viewable to freinds, strangers will only have limited access like viewing a single photo.

Social network sites also helps you remember your family and friends birthday and their other personal information, of course only is the person has accpeted your invitation or he/she had added you, which also can be very dangerous, this will be discussed later. Moving on, SNS like Friendster are one of the earlier SNS that grew popular, in encourages you to make many friends, due to its view and add a friend of your friend thing. It allows you to learn more about an individual, their culture, what they enjoy doing and other similar stuffs. Facebook even has this thing called Mindjolt games that are really lame looking yet annoying but somewhat addictive. After you had done spending hours on the game, then you would realise later like what was i thinking playing this game for hours. But for all you know, you will visit it again sooner then you think. The part where makes you addicted is the part where you cant stand your freinds score above yours.

Photo sharing is another nice application that SNS provides, but it has its danger in it. We can control what we put in our profiles, but there is no controlling others, your friend might have snapped an unwanted photo of you, and somehow is dumb enough to upload and tag you in ti, you don't only lose your confidence, you might do silly things as well, this had happened to many youths. Providing our true information online can get us into trouble, because people with bad intentions might use this to get bribes or other harmful stuffs, some even end up in kidnaps. This is why the growth in the popularity of SNS has generated concerns among some parents, school officials, and government leaders about the potential risks posed to young people when personal information is made available in SNS.

People now in our time do not actually socialize well enough as compared to their parents and grandparents, as people now meet and chat online. This doesn't only affects them verbally, it also have them lose their confidence when communicating with starngers or even people close to them. Youths having bad habits and neglecting their studies are also due to the addiction to SNS.

I will conclude that SNS are really useful sites if it used in the correct manner.
